Tedd has over 25 years of business experience leading initiatives focused on leadership development, executive assessment, executive coaching, and team development. As an executive coach, he brings a consultative style combined with direct feedback that enables the client to better comprehend and identify the solutions to the issues that they face.

In addition, because of his background in designing and leading solutions focused on talent management, succession planning, competency development and organizational design, he is able to provide feedback to his clients that is in the context of the work they must do to drive their business forward. 

Tedd brings significant experience to engagements. He has sat on “both sides of the desk” in the corporate world. He has been a senior executive for a global company, a business owner, and consultant for an international consulting firm. He understands the business models that professional services firms must have to be successful. He has partnered and coached senior executives within fortune 500 companies providing oversight on due diligence, implementation, and coaching activities for international acquisitions and assimilation coaching for CEO, COO, and CFO transition.

As an executive, his business experience, training and ability to communicate effectively at all levels help encourage individuals and organizations to achieve their strategic imperatives. He has consulted with clients and coached individuals in financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, telecommunications, cruise, retail, health care, and other industries. 

Before joining STS, Tedd served as an Associate Partner for Korn Ferry, SVP/Regional Director for Lee Hecht Harrison; SVP, Human Resources for Regency Centers, a commercial real estate company; and SVP of Organizational Development for General Cable, an international manufacturing company.

Tedd earned his Ph.D. from Regent University with a focus in Organizational Leadership. He also holds two master’s degrees and a B.A. from Anderson University. He is certified in many leadership and behavioral instrument and assessment tools.
