Jeff specializes in helping top executives build teams that can execute their vision. For more than 20 years, he has assessed managers for hire, promotion and career development. He also conducts both targeted and deep coaching to accelerate the career development of talented executives. In addition, he helps corporations significantly improve organizational health, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and company-wide collaboration. A major focus of his work is the relationship between the personal development of executives and the effectiveness of their leadership. He leads the Unleashing the Leader Within™ program, significantly accelerating the careers of leaders in multiple industries.
He has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and financial services. Jeff also consults to not-for-profits.
Prior to 1995, Jeff served as President and CEO of the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where he was responsible for business operations, financial and strategic planning, personnel recruitment and development, and marketing. Revenue quadrupled during his tenure. He established a reputation for fostering personal growth and development, and for successful conflict resolution.
Jeff has a long history of volunteer activity, and has chaired a number of boards – most recently at the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
Jeff received a BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University, and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Chicago.
