For over a decade, Brittany has worked at the nexus of business and psychology. Today, she focuses on leadership assessment, development, and coaching, where she leverages her diverse background in HR consulting, counseling psychology, leadership development, and career development to generate deep insights and provide maximum impact. Clients often describe Brittany as a thought partner who provides valuable wisdom and guidance.
Brittany’s areas of expertise include leadership assessment for development and selection, emotional intelligence, emerging leader and high potential development, and executive coaching. Her experience spans a range of industries including: healthcare, utilities, education, retail, construction, logistics and transportation, not-for-profit, financial services, and banking.
Brittany began her career at Mercer in the Human Capital Practice. She then served as a career coach, course instructor, and researcher at Florida State University’s world-renown Career Center, where she published widely. After graduate school, Brittany joined LWF and completed the Thompson Fellowship in Executive Assessment and Coaching. There, she gained extensive experience with assessment centers. Brittany is an active member of the Society of Consulting Psychology (Division 13 of the American Psychological Association) and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Training and Development Committee.
Brittany graduated from Rhodes College cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. She earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Florida State University and is a licensed psychologist in the state of Texas.
