Brendan has over ten years of experience helping organizations select, develop, and lead their employees. He provides sensible, practical solutions for his clients, with a particular emphasis on drawing out the innovative and creative talents already present among the leaders with whom he works.
After spending six years at United Airlines in HR analytics, leadership development and talent acquisition, Brendan returned to his passion of consulting across organizations. His areas of expertise include executive and high-volume assessment, leadership development, and coaching. He has supported organizations in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors across industries including financial services, transportation, utilities, consumer package goods, and telecommunications.
In addition to his consulting work, Brendan has served as an adjunct faculty member at Roosevelt University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he has delivered undergraduate and graduate classes in organizational psychology and the psychology of creative thinking. He supports and volunteers with the Art Institute of Chicago, and is a business volunteer for the arts through the Arts & Business Council of Chicago.
Brendan received his bachelors of science in psychology from Northern Illinois University, and a masters and doctorate in industrial and organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
