Brad partners with clients to deliver high-impact solutions that enable an organization to achieve its business strategies. In his 20+ years as a talent management and organization effectiveness leader and consultant, Brad has designed and implemented integrated talent and organization practices that produce measureable results, including the design and implementation of leadership assessment and development programs, workforce planning processes and culture/change management roadmaps.
Prior to rejoining Strategic Talent Solutions, Brad led the talent management function at Fiserv, Inc. where he was responsible for talent acquisition, leadership and associate development, performance management, associate engagement, and organization culture change. Brad also served as a global talent management leader for Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
As a former partner/owner at Aon Hewitt and senior consultant at Strategic Talent Solutions and Right Management, Brad led large-scale initiatives at clients such as Abbott Laboratories, Cisco Systems, Great Plains Energy, Honeywell Incorporated, Hyatt International Corporation, Journal Communications, Inc., and Philips Electronics.
Brad received an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Marquette.
