Amie has over 15 years’ experience in the individual and organizational assessment and development field and brings a blend of business insight and professional psychological expertise to her work. Amie has worked on all sides of the client engagement including selling business, partnering with clients to design solutions, delivering the services and managing and forging on-going client relationships. She has consulted with and provided services to executives in the U.S. and internationally.
In her tenure as a consultant Amie has developed integrated talent management systems encompassing recruiting, assessment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, training and development. She has also designed, implemented and managed leadership and Board of Directors development and improvement initiatives. Amie’s work includes consulting with three global management consulting firms and extensive work in the areas of individual executive assessment, 360 feedback, personality research and evaluation and hi-potential and at-risk individual and team coaching. Amie has provided such services to clients including Walmart, Texas Instruments, Commonwealth Edison, Burger King, Sara Lee, Abbott Laboratories, Brinker International, Motorola, Lockheed Martin, General Motors, Canadian Tire, Tenneco, and Zurich International.
