Denis’ work at Strategic Talent Solutions focuses on team coaching, individual leadership development and organizational effectiveness with an emphasis on connecting development goals to strategic objectives and business results.
Through team coaching, Denis facilitates the growth of executive and operational teams. His work in leadership development is focused on providing 360 feedback to help leaders increase their self-awareness and deliver on their responsibilities. He also supports organizations by tying team and leadership development to broader talent management initiatives, such as high-potential programs and talent reviews. In addition, he has helped refine STS’ Leadership Assessment and Alignment process, which is used extensively in the energy and utility fields to improve performance, safety and reliability.
Denis’ clients include Kerry Ingredients and Flavors, PwC, CareerBuilder and Kansas City Power & Light. Denis has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.S. in Human Resources from DePaul University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
