Andrew consults with senior executives on strategic, operational and cultural matters that are central to the performance of their organizations.  He has a track-record of provoking deliberate changes in individuals, executive teams and entire organizations and has led many significant widespread change efforts for global companies centered around leadership, organizational performance and culture change and integration. 

Andrew’s particular strengths include leadership assessment, executive coaching, leadership development programs, organization assessment and design, pre and post merger integration, the selection and development of human resources professionals and the design, build and management of the talent management function for large organizations.

Prior to joining Strategic Talent Solutions, Andrew led the talent management function first at Motorola and then Bank of America.  In more than ten years at Motorola, Andrew supported the heads of sales and marketing, engineering, supply chain and technology while creating Motorola’s practices around organization assessment and design, employee satisfaction surveys and the development of coaching competency in the senior human resources team.  As head of talent management, Andrew led Motorola’s first company-wide talent management strategy for a newly recruited CEO. 

In more than six years at Bank of America, Andrew held a variety of senior HR executive roles that included generalist and specialist responsibilities for major business divisions across the company.  While leading the talent management function at Bank of America, Andrew was responsible for the top 100 positions and he led the leadership assessment and selection process during the highly visible Countrywide Financial and MerrillLynch acquisitions.

Andrew has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University Teachers College.  He also has a Masters and Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
