John is a founding partner of Strategic Talent Solutions. His professional efforts are focused on executive fit, alignment and the development of executive and leadership teams. John helps CEOs and senior business leaders maximize their impact and that of their leadership team. His strategy-driven view of leadership performance and potential enables him to advise corporate leaders on the talent needs of their organizations.
John works with a wide variety of organizations. He has developed and delivered cutting-edge executive development programs for such clients as PwC, CareerBuilder, Bank of America, HCSC Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kerry Group, Kansas City Power & Light, Sears, Guardian Life, Great Plains Energy and Whirlpool.
He has also offered one-on-one executive coaching to leaders of Fortune 500 companies, and he consults with private equity firms and executives at a number of privately held, entrepreneurial companies.
John is regularly invited to speak to executives throughout North America on Executive Coaching and Development, Succession Planning, Talent Management Strategies and People Literacy.
John completed his Ph.D. in Psychology at Loyola University and is on the faculty of Northwestern University.
