Audrey Morrison
Audrey Morrison has 20 years' experience helping companies implement business-wide changes in strategy,
technology, and processes. As both a senior business leader and management consultant, she has worked in a
range of industries including financial services, transportation, energy, and entertainment. Her areas of
expertise are process redesign, organization effectiveness and change management. She coaches leaders to be
more effective in their leadership role as well as in implementing the change. Audrey focuses on the intersection of process and people to optimize business performance for the organization.
Previously, Audrey consulted in Accenture’s Change Management Practice, where she led large scale change
initiatives and coached executives and managers on how to maximize individual and team performance. Audrey has
led clients through the implementation of major system conversions. She has expertise in the design and
implementation of shared service models. She was responsible for the design of Accenture’s internal training
organization for the ERP Practice.
Prior to joining Accenture, Audrey spent 14 years at various GE businesses in leadership roles in Finance,
Customer Service, and Sales. At GE she led customer segmentation and sales force re-structuring efforts, realigned
variable incentive compensation with business strategy, and led a sales force automation team. She was also
responsible for a number of initiatives to improve operations effectiveness including process redesign, systems
implementation and the creation of cross-functional, customer focused teams. She is a graduate of GE’s Financial
Management Program. Audrey also holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University J. L. Kellogg School of Management and
a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University. Audrey can be reached at
