As a consultant, Denise has worked with large and small firms in a variety of industries, including nuclear power, energy utilities, construction, healthcare, and consumer products. Her focus is on helping organizations reach their goals through effective employee selection, leadership development, ethics and compliance programs, and communications.

Prior to entering the consulting field, Denise worked in the law department for the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, leading their global ethics and compliance training program. Before joining Wrigley, Denise was the Vice President of Organizational Development for Near North National Group, an insurance brokerage and financial services firm. At Near North, Denise led programs in management training, employee counseling, performance management, and career development.

Denise received her B.S. in psychology from Bradley University and her M.A. in community counseling from Loyola University Chicago. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. She can be reached at denise@strattalent.com.
