Ben Fearing
Ben's work with Strategic Talent Solutions focuses on human resource measurement. His consulting experience includes developing, administering, and analyzing online surveys related to organizational effectiveness and management development. He also has conducted assessment centers, helped write and validate certification exams, and developed computer simulation-based selection instruments. Ben's clients have included CNA Financial, Fort Dearborn Life, Great Plains Energy, and Lands' End.

Before joining Strategic Talent Solutions, Ben led the financial services practice at the Center for Research and Service, a not-for-profit consulting center associated with the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). In this role he partnered with financial service organizations to administer employee engagement surveys.

Ben is renowned within Strategic Talent Solutions for his sense of humor and his willingness to challenge the status quo. He approaches his wide variety of assignments with rigor, flexibility, and attention to detail, and has a natural feel for business and how it works.

Ben is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). He holds a B.A. in psychology from Baylor University and a M.S in industrial/organizational psychology from IIT.
